the issues facing those in education today come at us from many angles, wearing a vast array of masks, and armed with a virtual arsenal ready for attack. as an educator myself, i can say that the profession is both the most noble and most loathsome of our society. society blames us for the ills of the nation and expects us to cure them at the same time. it might well be the hardest job we know. but also the most rewarding.
i believe that many issues in education do not get the attention that they deserve. the purpose of this blog is to host dialogue concerning some of those issues in the hope that minds would be broadened and hearts uplifted as we work together to nurture minds and create a better world.
